第四、加强内部组织建设。继续开展干部素质培训，加强学生会各部门之间，学生会与外界的交流，提高干部队伍的思想素质，加强管理和专业知识的学习，拓宽视野，增进与其他学生会和外界之间的了解和信任。为更好的为同学服务提供有力保证。
